All one needs to do is sign-up for Total War Access and link their Epic Games account and they will get the DLC when the time comes. Also, users will be able to get free DLC in September if they plan to dive into the game.
However, to play the game, you will have to install the launcher and download the game there. All one must do is log in to, or create, an Epic Games account and add A Total War Saga: Troy to their library, either in a browser or in the Epic launcher.
